Q. Do your gift boxes come gift wrapped?

A. We offer complimentary gift wrapping and a personalised gift tag for each gift box. Bright, fun gift wrapping adds to the anticipation and surprise for your little recipient. 

Our complimentary gift wrapping is currently pre-selected depending on the theme of your gift box.

Q. Can I ship to multiple addresses?

A. Each order you place can be shipped to a single address only. If you require an order to be sent to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order per address.

Q. I provided the incorrect delivery address - what can I do?

A. Please ensure that all shipping information is correct prior to check out. A Little Creative Gift takes no responsibility for delivering to incorrect addresses supplied by customers. 

Should you realise the address you entered was incorrect after checkout please contact us at alittlecreativegift@gmail.com. It will only be possible to change a delivery address should the process of shipment not have taken place yet. 

Q. Will you deliver the gift box on my preferred date?

A.We would much prefer to process and deliver your order slightly before your preferred date so as to reduce the risk of your order arriving late. If being delivered straight to a little recipient, you are most welcome to include a message in the notes on checkout to let us know you would like to have a message left on the outer packaging saying 'Do not open until ....'

Q. The gift box I would like to purchase is out of stock - will it be available again soon?

A. If an item is not available, it will be shown as out of stock. Unfortunately you cannot add out of stock items to your cart. If the item you are after is temporarily unavailable, please email us at alittlecreativegift@gmail.com 

Q. I have changed my mind about my purchase, can I get a refund?

A. We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made. A Little Creative Gift only accept returns for faulty or damaged items within the gift box.

Excludes superficial damage which may occur during transit to;

-individual item's packaging

-the gift box itself 

-the complimentary gift wrapping

We thoroughly inspect all items prior to packing them into each gift box to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and are packaged with care.

All risks and effectiveness associated with the goods within the gift box is passed on to you at the time of delivery and is not a reason for return.

Notice of any faulty or damaged items received (not including damaged packaging) must be given to A Little Creative Gift via email at alittlecreativegift@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery, as per tracking information. Your email must include your order number, the name of the recipient, photographs and a description of the faulty or damaged good. Please do not return the goods until you have received confirmation, via email, of the returns process. 

Following our receipt and inspection of the faulty or damaged good(s), we will either replace the item, or if the item is unavailable, we will issue you a refund  to the value of the product plus any postage costs associated with returning the faulty or damaged item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
